Marine Wire Rope Applications

Sailboat and Yacht Standing Rigging

Standing rigging supports the mast and normally remains in a fixed, tensioned position. A relatively rigid, low-stretch construction such as 1×19 stainless steel strand is commonly considered for stays, shrouds and straight tensioned assemblies.
